Events How do I register for an event?

Browse the home page, open any event, and click "Register for this event". Choose pay now or pay later. Either way you can upload your presentation right away. Complete payment in CUP by bank transfer or Transfermóvil QR by one day before the event starts (include your payment code). Track status under Account → My payments. Once an administrator matches the bank transference id, full access unlocks. If payment is not confirmed by that deadline, your enrollment and presentation are removed.

Submissions How do I submit a presentation?

After completing event registration, visit the event page and click "Submit presentation". Upload a .ppt or .pptx file (max 15 slides, max 10 MB), fill in the title, abstract, and at least one author. Submissions are only accepted before the event's submission deadline.

Submissions What happens after I submit?

Your presentation enters the review queue for the assigned topic expert. You will receive an email once the expert accepts or rejects your submission. If rejected, you can resubmit before the revision end date.

Certificates How do I get my certificate?

Certificates are issued automatically after the event ends. You can download your PDF certificate from the event page once it is available. A QR code on the certificate links to a public verification page.

Account I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a reset link valid for 2 hours.

Courses How do I enroll in a course?

Some courses require paid event registration first; others are standalone and appear in the course catalog—you can pay the course fee directly without registering for the event. After payment, open the course from your dashboard or the course page.
